These terms govern your use of this website and enrolment in any courses offered by Spoken English Academy. By booking a demo or paying for a course, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide live online spoken English training in group batches and one-to-one sessions. Class timings, batch size and duration are as described on the course you select.

2. Enrolment and payment

All course fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and must be paid in full before classes begin, unless a different arrangement is agreed in writing. Fees shown on the site are inclusive of all applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

3. Classes and attendance

Classes are conducted online through Zoom or Google Meet. Students are responsible for having a working internet connection and a suitable device. Missed classes are not automatically rescheduled; please inform us in advance wherever possible.

4. Student conduct

We ask every learner to be respectful towards trainers and fellow students. Recording, copying or redistributing class material without written permission is not allowed.

5. Course material

All content shared during the course remains the property of Spoken English Academy and is for the enrolled student’s personal use only.

6. Changes to schedule

We may occasionally need to change a class timing or trainer. In such cases students will be informed in advance and an alternative slot will be offered.

7. Limitation

We work hard to help every learner progress, but individual results depend on regular practice & attendance and cannot be guaranteed.
