Refunds & Cancellations

Course fees is non-refundable.
Students may request to reschedule a 1-on-1 session with at least 24 hours’ prior notice, subject to trainer availability.
Missed group classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Recorded lessons (if available) may be provided.
If a class is cancelled by Spoken English Academy, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refund requests due to duplicate payments or billing errors will be reviewed and processed after verification.
By enrolling in any course, the student agrees to this Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
